How To Bid

WHAT TO NOTE BEFORE THE AUCTION

- Obtain the Proclamation Of Sale, Condition Of Sale from the Auctioneer, read and fully understand it

- Make necessary enquiries from relevant authorities or developer and conduct official search on the parent title at the Land Office

- Inspect the property

- Check with bank on your loan status

- Possess a 5% or 10% Bank Draft/Banker’s Cheque of the Reserve Price; do bring extra fund as Additional Deposit to subsidize if there is increment on the Reserve Price

- A person who has not reached the age of 18 (minor) or Bankrupt shall not be permitted to participate in the auction proceedings.

WHAT TO PRODUCE AT THE AUCTION

For an individual bidder:

- A photocopy of his / her NRIC card (both sides)

– Correspondence address

– Telephone contact no.

For a Corporate:

- A certified true copy of the Company’s M&A

– Form 24 & 49

– Board of Director’s Resolution

For Agent/Representative:

– Letter of Authority from the intending Purchaser

- A photocopy of the NRIC card of intending Purchaser and Agent/Representative (both side)

Plus 5% or 10% of bank draft / banker’s cheque under the respective bank’s name

AFTER THE AUCTION SALE, ALL SUCCESSFUL PURCHASER ARE ADVISED TO

- Settle the balance purchase price within 90 days / 120 days from the day of the auction

- Appoint your own lawyer to act on your behalf to execute the transfer of the property ownership

- Secure a mortgage loan if require
